But we don’t always know exactly what we need, sometimes we just know we need something. Just come with open curiosity and simply see what arises. Both approaches are beautiful and equally effective.

  • Yes. Every session is fully customizable to your comfort on every level. You are always encouraged to speak up about preferences, sensitivities, or boundaries. This work is collaborative, and your comfort guides the entire experience.

  • Each session is unique, but generally you’ll be invited to relax, breathe, and settle into the space and bring the focus to yourself. From there, I work intuitively with the modalities that best support your needs in the moment. You may experience warmth, tingling, emotional release, deep relaxation, or simply a sense of peace.

  • Wear comfortable clothing, drink water before and after sessions, arrive a few minutes early to help you relax before starting. Bring any intentions, questions, or areas of focus. Most importantly, come as you are, with love and compassion for yourself.

  • Yes. The modalities offered translate beautifully to distance sessions. They are just as powerful and are a great option if you are not local or if you prefer the comfort of your own space.

  • People often report feeling lighter, calmer, clearer, or more grounded. Some experience emotional release or increased insight in the days that follow. Gentle self‑care, hydration, and rest can support integration.

  • This is also something that is customized to each individual and depends completely on the person’s needs and desired outcomes. Some people come weekly, bi-weekly, monthly or during times of increased life stresses or when they would like someone to be there with them as they navigate a difficult time.

  • You’re in the right place. Many clients are new to this work, and sessions are designed to be gentle, accessible, and welcoming. You don’t need any prior experience — just an open mind and a willingness to receive and in many cases let go of things not serving you.
